About our campsite
Our 7 acre campsite with 63 pitches for tents and 6 camping pods (no caravans, motor homes or camper vans), offers you the opportunity to stay on a working farm in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside, 3 miles from Holt and 15 minutes from Sheringham and the seaside.
Baconsthorpe Meadows Campsite has 7 acres to pitch 63 tents and 6 camping pods, with campfires allowed and a dog friendly area.
There are WC’s, showers, washing up sinks, playground, reception with small shop offering essential supplies and tourist information, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer and freezer for ice packs.

Campfires permitted
Fire pits can be borrowed & logs are available to buy onsite.
Dog friendly
Reserved field available for campers with dogs.
Important
- Please note we are a traditional campsite
and have a “no noise after 10pm” policy. - There is a maximum of four pitches in a group.
- Arrivals between 1pm – 6pm (Until 8pm on Friday nights in high season)
- Pitches must be vacated by 1pm.
Please note We currently do not have any disabled facilities. We are unable to accommodate large single sex, all adult groups. We do not allow unaccompanied minors (under 18) to stay on site – they must be supervised by an adult.
